With a dedicated admin team, consisting long term passionate Red Orchestra players, we offer an unbureaucratic environment with a flat hierarchy. Gameadmin
Tasks
Your job is to keep the competitions running, to solve problems before and after matches, to help the playing teams in every situation. You need to be available most days a week, check the site and forums often and keep other staff members informed about problems and suggestions.
Requirements:
- Age: at least 18 years old
- Respectfull manners
- a good knowledge of English language
- Experience with Red Orchestra games is highly recommended
- neutrality and objectivity at solving problems
Coder
Tasks
ROLadder.net consists of hundred of Ruby on Rails, CSS and Javascript files. That's why we need a dedicated team of coders who maintain the current website and also add new features to it. Of course you will be guided by our current coding staff, but you still need to spend alot of time to get into the details of the website architecture and to be finally able to contribute new ambitious functions to our website.
Requirements:
- Experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails or Javascript (jQuery)

- a good knowledge of English language
- basic knowlege of git versioning system
Newsposter
Tasks
Your job is to write news for the site and to give informations about the teams at RO:Ladder, reports about competitions. Furhtermore you do interviews for match spotlights or if you have good ideas add new features. Actually the opportunities as a newsposter at RO:Ladder are kinda endless, so it's totally up to you.
Requirements:
- Age: at least 16 years old
- a very good knowledge of English language
- Experienced with Red Orchestra games and it's clanscene is recommended
- basic knowledge about image editing software
- able to work autonomously
Webdesigner
Tasks
A crowded website like ROLadder.net needs graphical changes from time to time. Besides creating new layouts and improving the current website, your task is to create new award icons, promotional images for competitions or providing related images for the newsposters.
Requirements:
- Age: at least 16 years old
- a good knowledge of English language
- Experienced with image editing software (eg. Photoshop, Gimp, Illustrator, etc.)
- interested in the latest webdesign trends and new technologies
- Basic knowledge of html and css

Moderator/Community Manager
Tasks
As a moderator at RO:Ladder you act as a connector between staff and community. You help newly registered users how to use features and try to fix their problems. In addition you moderate debates at forums and user profiles, point out problems to the staff members and trying to keep the community active and vital.

- Experience with Red Orchestra games is highly recommended
- Familiar with dynamics of a community
